The Best Kind of Adventure

On November 16th David and I met at Rosauers and headed west on Highway 2 towards the dry coulee country of central Washington. We hiked throughout Monument Coulee and then we explored another area that both of us had never heard about prior to our preparation for this trip. An un-marked trail up and over then across a maze of basaltic scabland canyons to the opposite side in search of our goal. You can see the results in these pictures. A very serendipitous adventure has us thristy for more!
